I need to know where I can get flowers at wholesale prices?

Sams and Costco have the best prices if you are doing the arrangements yourself. If you are paying a professional to do the arrangements, they can probably get them at better rates. I've done arrangements for several banquets and Sams and Costco have the best prices.
I did one 4 foot high by about 4 feet wide buffet arrangement and about a dozen table arrangements that were probably 18" high. All of them were in simple tin buckets (so as not to distract from the flowers themselves) with ribbon tied onto the bucket. Sounds tacky, but they were absolutely beautiful. Purple, blue-purple, and white flowers with greenery in the silvery tin colored tall skinny buckets. Total cost was $250 for the plants, ribbons, and buckets. You are just limited to what they have on hand.
You didn't say where you are, but many cities have a dock or warehouse district where there are wholesale vendors. In Chicago, I bought flowers there for my youngest son's wedding because I also wanted to save. I also ordered a big bunch of stargazer lilies from the local farmer's market the week before (because it is held once a week).
