I have a Brother 150 embroidery machine. I am having trouble with the tension and it is also squeaking alot.?


Question:I'm also having a LOT of trouble spacing letters. Any suggestions would be soooo helpful- thanks..

It sounds like the whole tension mechanism is off. Find a sewing machine dealer in your area and take it in. Not only should they be able to fix the tension (a 5 min fix, but they can also teach you how to adjust it yourself) but they can also help you with the letter spacing. Just stay away from the stop and shop sewing centers at Joann Fabrics. I have yet to find one where I was comfortable with what the salesperson knew about fixing the machines...they only know how to use them.
