Wash down with TSP and them paint with a paint that has a mold inhibitor in it.(The walls) Find a way to increase the air circulation in these ares and squeegee down your shower when you are done, making sure to clean with a bleach based cleaner on a frequent basis. There are some daily shower sprays you can use to help prevet mold and build up too.
Tilex Root Remover (make sure it is the blue bottle and not the white).
the least toxic way I can think of is white distilled vinegar, in the bathroom. I haven't found a solution for the bedroom, except I think getting a dehumidifier might be a good idea.
go to the dollar store in your area and buy "mean green" that stuffs works great for mold and stuff that has been on a surface for a long time....hope that helps
bleach works well! but you can also get some sprays that are especially made to treat it! and you can get them in any stores that sell washing up liquid or bathroom cleaners(asda/walmart) etc
If you have mold and it is visible, get a spray bottle and put in bleach and spray the mold area until it is soaked in good. If it isn't visible, you must tear out the walls until you can see alll the mold, if you don't get to the entire mold it will continue to spread. Bleach will kill the mold.
I have had a problem like that. Mould comes because of various reasons. You have first to see that there is good ventilation especially in the shower, because the heat can cause it if there is no fresh air. Second is that you have to see the outside condition of the rooms. Could be that you have cracks in the wall and when it rains water can find its
way through these and effect the mould. Also you have to
see about the roofs just above the rooms. Water can be getting in the roof or walls far away from where the mould is because water causes damp which could be seem some place away from actually there is the trouble.
If the side of the room where there is the mould does not get any sunshine or few of it, it will take longer. See that you check those three points or bring a professional who can tell you from where is the trouble and the best way to treat it.
When you apply any sprays or anything else without first finding the cause they would only be effective for a temporal time. Try first find the cause.
Straight bleach, just make sure you have proper ventilation before using it.
