Depends. You don't need to staple roof insulation.But if it is Batts or similiar, you should wear face mask when installing.Walls, perhaps, you can slide insulation between wooden beams etc, and secure with staples or nail gun.Take care! Underfloor, the insulation may need stapling. Good Luck!
