Where do you get the best paint colers in minnesota for a 10 year olds room?

I like to use Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr and Pratt Lambert. You can view their colors on line wwwbenjaminmoore.com etc. Check with your local paint store, Lowes and Home Depot depending on the line you want. Choose an inspiration piece from the room and work with that. Any paint store will match a color. Benjamin Moore has "Color Samples" which are small samples of paints, which I recommend you try on the wall or where ever you are applying. Look at them at different times of the day, at least four different times, as color changes. Don't just pick a color from a strip sample. Use a flat finish or eggshell finish for the walls and a semi-gloss for the trim.
Pottery Barn has some nice ideas and also fabrics.
Good luck.
Ask your daughter to pick two favorite colors and blend with the one she likes the best.
ikea in minneapolis has great decorating ideas for VERY CHEAP!
Lowe's..perfect .just hope you have one in Minnesota! they are a great help...
Ask your kid for his/her ideas, then you take a photo and at Home Depot, theres a computer program in the paint dept. that can show you what the room will look like. They scan the photo and you can mess around until you find a color you both can love. Use semi gloss for easy maintenance (cleaning of fingerprints) in a kids room. Good Luck!
