My daughter wants an all Rubber Duck Theme Bedroom!!?
Question:I've looked for Ducky comforters but found none, so I decided to paint blue and white strips with yellow on bottom, then ducks on the border and the furniture is white but my problems are what color should i paint the top half? and what about the comforter what color? I want it to look good together but i cant decide what colors would look better and the window treatment what should I do Any ideas?

I think something like this would look really good for the bedding.

The top half of the wall would look nice in maybe a slightly paler yellow than you use for the ducks in the border.
How are you at sewing? I bet it'd be pretty simple to sew a rubber duck shaped throw pillow. Or you can paint a rubber duck on a white pillow case. If you paint with acrylic paints on fabric it will wash nicely if you heat set it first. (Just throw it in the dryer on hot for about 20 minutes after the paint dries).
What about using rubber ducks as finials on a curtain rod for the window treatments? I don't know that the color of the curtains matters so much as long as it coordinates, but have you considered incorporating eyelet into the room somewhere?
Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl's and Linens and Things
had Rubber Ducky bathroom things, which included little rugs and wallpaper border. I think I would paint the top yellow, the bottom white and blue striped and try to work in a little orange. A friend has a rubber ducky bathroom, and we found some really cute rubber duckies in fireman garb, Hawaiian shirt/surfer garb, etc at Target in the baby section.
Cracker Barrel even had some Rubber Ducky things. Good Luck!
Check places that sell baby bedding. They often make the same thing for twin sized beds.
Your room sounds cute.
If you stay with yellow and baby blue then add accents, it should look great.
Gingham sheets would look cute.

Have you considered buying the material and making your own duckie duvet cover (or having someone make it for you)? A link to "duckie" fabrics is shown in the source field.
If you're going to be using a lot of duckie accessories and wall hangings, you might consider a lighter blue for the top half of the wall. That would look lovely with the white furniture.
fun ideas here that you could use in the room
