What kind of paint should I use on furniture...?
Question:My bedroom furnature is light maple (im sure it's made from particle board and coated...not solid wood) and I'd like to paint it dark. Any suggestions on how to prep? And how to paint (brush, sprayer, roller)?

Well how much furniture if just a headboard lightly sand prime and paint with gloss enamel both primer and paint in the aerosol can will do fine if your doing dresser night stands ect i would again lightly sand prime and paint this time using oil based primer and paint
I would suggest using X-I-m for your primer it is a very good one, and for the topcoat use an oil based enamel,I like benjamin moores impervo or Valspars anti rust enamel, it is best to spray them,but you can use a foam roller as well get both a 4 and 9 inchh .roller .painting contractor
