Where can I buy 20" x 16" picture frames (that's just a bit smaller than poster size)?

Yes and no-- depends on who decides what is sold in that store-- you'll have to check in your local area.
Hobby Lobby and I think Michael's have different sizes of picture framing -- two to a package and of different lengths-- you should be able to match any size. What I've gotten is plain brass colored narrow framing from Hobby Lobby. I think Michael's does have a web site but I don't think Hobby Lobby has one.

go to your local photography place. they have picture frames and could probably order the size you need if they dont carry it themselves.
