You could make the room look like a locker room. Use the team's colors. Buy storage bins and put players' numbers on them. You can even get carpeting with the team's logo in Homedepot. There's also books you could check out on the subject of children's rooms. There's one about decorating under $500, but I can't remember the title or the author. Hope these ideas help you out :)

I don't know of any websites, but I know Home Depot has their new "Team Colors" line, where they have specially formulated paints for all the team colors.
