Tiling diamond pattern?

Question:on a wall, easiest way to do this?

Answers:
snap a line chalk line half the width of your tile off the center of the wall. Tack a straight piece of wood 2 inches from the bottom and start tiling on top of that piece of wood. Be sure this piece of wood is level. Run a row of tiles up to where ever you are stopping, grounding the left or right corner of the diamond on the chalk line. I recommend using tile spacers to make this process easier, because the lugs that are already on most tiles won't do you any good at this point. After you have your starter course in place, start working one way or the other with the remainder of your tiles. After the glue is set, pull the piece of wood from the bottom and start installing your cut pieces. This is done, so if your floor, counter, or whatever is your starting point on the bottom is not level or is wavy, it won't throw off the rest of your tile job. Hope this helps/.

what do you mean easy?
you lay the tile ssame way as if your were laying it square. just lay out everything to make sure the cuts fall where you want them. looks better if you can keep a full 1/2 tile on your starting/ending points
have you ever done tile work? spacers are your friend, as well as tile with uneven edges with 1/4" grout lines. These are forgiving for the first time do it yourselfer. Honestly, the best way to go about it is pick up a tile how to book, (home depot $15) and just start doing it. It's really not that hard at all. the hardest part is going to be like I said the grout lines, which is why I suggest the rough edge tile and thicker grout line.

edit: best thing would be to start in the middle!
