Do i need to put a finish on a outer fiberglass stained door?

Some require finishes, some don`t. Check with your vendor. Or you may find a manufacturers sticker or marking on the edge or top of the slab.
most manufacturers will clearcoat them if the staining is done at their plant and the door was shipped to you pre finished, if you stained it yourself ,they will usually reccomend a spar varnish clear coat,but check the info that came with the door, some manufacturers require that you use certian brands and types of clear coating , otherwise if you do not it will void the warranty on the door.Painting contractor
