This depends very much on what circuits you will have. You will certainly need several hundred feet each of #12 AND #14 gage NM cable. But for each 240V circuit you will need heavier wire depending on what is being fed. If you have AC, it will need something like #6 gage NM cable. Electric hot water heater, electric stove, etc. etc. You must have a design that you can take off a materials list from.
