How do I get rid of dried paint in the carpet?

Question:I just painted and there are some drops on the carpet. They have been dry for over a week. Any ideas on how to remove? Thanks -

Answers:
Dried latex can sometimes be removed by using a steam iron to soften the latex and then peel it away. Don't go overboard and don't touch the iron to the paint.
