All Professional Painters! Help!?

Question:I would like to paint my mobile home but I have a lot of questions. The walls are vinyl covered drywalls which I hear are hard to paint. What type of paint and primer should I use? What can I clean the walls and ceiling with? What are the pros and cons of this job? If I got a professional to do it how much would it cost? Do they supply the paint and evrything?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
