i am a decorator by trade & in my opinion nitromours is the best stripper 4 old paint & it is water washable so it is quite safe.as 4 a sealer 4 floors u need what they call 2pack. this means its a sealer & hardener. u simply mix them as manufacturers instructions & paint it on- simple!! hope this helps take care
