I am using lauan board in a studio not painted yet. It is burning our eyes like crazy.Any sugg. or answers ?

It's probably not the plywood causing the problem unless you are raising dust by cutting it. Safety glasses will help if that is the case.
Check around the studio for other irritants.
Never hear that before. I suspect it is coming from somewhere else.
