Want to make camp bunk fun and homey. ideas?
Question:I LOVE brining a bit of hone and stuff to camp. i dont get home sick or any thing its just fun to have your little get-a-way insted of a dry cot and what not. I had a friend last year that brought a card bord dresser!! it was tall and skinny with plastic handels and blue stripes.(put a link if u can find what im talking about and will aword with ato best anser). verry cute for camp. well just wanted to know if you had any ideas...P.S. i am not going to spell check this...im not good at spelling so ignore it. P.S my camp is Long lake camp for the arts GO TO IT!!

You can buy those cardboard dressers at Wal-Mart for about $5. They come flat so would be easy to carry.
I think it would be neat to visit a used item store and pick out a cute stuffed animal to decorate your bed, (ideally, Scooby-Do but I'm biased...)
You could start writing into a journal every night, just a few notes of the day's events and take it along to write in on your trip.
A bag of your favorite snacks. photos of your pets or family. Take some posters to hang over your bed, or some clippings from magazines or a cute pillow. If you had room in your luggage, a favorite knitted throw blanket from home would look great on your bed during the day.

I was a teaching assistant, so I want to tell you there is nothing lazier than not pushing a spell check button. If you were my student and handed me an assignment you typed on a computer without using the spell checker, I would hand it back to you and tell you to do it over, the first time. If it happened again I would grade it as a C.

Take photos or posters that you love and some mounting gum. It peels right off the walls when you're done.
Take some dryer sheets to put in your drawers (if you get them) or in with your luggage to keep it smelling fresh and just like home.
Make a few funky pillowcases just for fun. You might even consider getting a white pillowcase and some fabric markers and have fun decorating it with new camp friends.
Most of all, have fun!
