I'm looking for a stand that holds afghans for display?
Question:The afghan holder reminds you of an old fashion wood clothes dryer. In the 40's we used it to hang clothes on in the winter time when it was to cold to hang clothes outside. It was a frame with many small dowels to drape the clothes on. If anyone has a picture of a "Afghan Holder, sure would appreciate it. Thanks

I know what you're talking about & you can still purchase them at hardware stores & department stores. My mom used the drying racks when I was a youngster & when I first got married, I put one on my back porch for drying clothes while my dryer was being repaired. You can probably get a picture of one via Google.
Try Ebay or Craigslist. Good Luck
Good ideas, but the afghan will lose its shape.
