Where can I buy heavy duty brass/metal stencils?

Question:I would like to use a brass/metal stencil, and a torch to burn a design onto wood. But I can't find the right stencil. I don't want to buy online, because I need it this weekend, and I've already checked Jo-Anns, Micheals, Home Depot, and Wal-mart. We're looking for a dragon stencil, it's for my son's room. Thanks for your help!

Check with a local sign shop that builds electric signs. Alot of the commercial sign shops have computerized router machines and what you are looking for is an easy job for them. They will probably even have plenty of scrap metal laying around to make your template.

Another option is, find a metal fabrication shop shop that has a plasma cutter... Another easy job for them also.
