My basement is flooded...what do i do????

Question:

Answers:
I don't know where you live but if you have a Home Depot or a Lowes store nearby, go and buy a sump pump. I have a flooding problem when it rains alot and I bought the pump for about $80.
You just plug it in, run a hose into a sink or toilet, and it will do all of the work. Any water left that is less than an inch will have to be either mopped up or get a wet/dry vac too.
Good luck!

Go swimming.
Drain it up
call the plumber
Look in the yellow pages for "equipment rental" You can probably rent a portable pump. Throw the hose down there and pump it out. After that you may want to look into options such as installing a sump pump, French Drain or other anti flood measures.
Call the plumber Immediately, look in the phone book, do something. This is not a good situation, But on the brightside, go take a dip.
