How can i get spray paint off?

Question:okay, i wanted to make my bike a different color but...... it ended up looking like shyt and so i tried covering it up w/ another layer of color(a differnet color obviously)
and i then later tried fixing it but, i really hate it, is there any type of paint remover that will take spray paint off??
