I need some cheap decorating ideas for my shrek green plain wall! please give opinions even if their stupid?
Question:well i have aan ugly green shrek colored room and it looks really nice on the left side of the room becuase of the furniture and stuffed animals make it seem reall light and girly..but the left side is a whole other story, my bed is their and on the wall next to my bed i put two picture hung up a calendar and some cards and above my bed i put another picture...but it still looks so plane and the color looks really ugly...so wat would you suggest i do???

.How about doing some stenciling on that wall or as a border? The library will have books with directions as will the net. ------maybe a simple flower design? Check out the hobby stores and take a good look at some of their decorating stuff and you might find some ideas you could put together yourself instead of buying them. It would also be a good way to see what you like and don't like.
Oh yes, how about a wreath?----with ribbon or---? experiment. A friend of mine hung hats on one of her walls. I used clear push pins to hang a grouping of old mirrors.----purses? Have fun and no one will notice the color.
Emerald green and metallic chocolate brown go well with shrek. You might want to change out the calander or the picture and add some colorful throws or shashes.
