Kitchen Decorating...?

Question:I have chosen golden yellow and burgandy-ish red (instead of RED so that it doesn't look like mcdonald's) as the color scheme for my kitchen. All of my appliances are stainless steel, my cabinets are white, and my kitchen table is light oak. I need help from all of you with decorating ideas. I have no clue how to incorporate the colors that I want into actual decorating. Any neat or helpful suggestions are appreciated! Budget as well as semi-expensive items/ideas/suggetions would be great!! Thanks everyone!!

sounds FABULOUS!!!! try yellow walls and burgundy blinds/window coverings and burgundry trim on wood moldings. just use the burgundy to break up the yellow and define space but go primarliy yellow to brighten the room kitchens should be bright and airy. That's just so SUPER!!!!

I agree that you should do the walls in the golden yellow and then do curtains with gold and Burgundy stripes or some kind of pattern that incorporated the two colours, same with table linens and art. Burgundy accessories on your counter, like big Burgundy bowl full of golden pears or Burgundy vase etc.
