What kinds of paint designs for the walls should I have?
Question:It's amusing to me, while also incredibly frustrating, how I'm able to give people answers on how they should decorate their homes, but when it comes to my own room, I can't stick to a design.
I'm 15 and I'm into wacky things. I was considering diamonds for one wall, posters for another, and possibly varied-in-size polka dots. The colors are lime green, black, and magenta. Any ideas?

the diamonds & polka dots sound good. U can always do the posters over the walls try something exciting. I'm not sure how mch patience u have but diamonds will take time 2 do b/c of measureing etc.. circles will & r a bit easier. There is also stripes up & down or around the room. There's squares on top of ea other radom. There's faux finishing.. sponging, ragging.. plastic bags...towels dry & wet... criss cross brushing.. washing the paint on or washing it off.there's combing.. u can make it go one way then go back over oposite .. or take a squiggy & cut out a design in it & rake it thru the paint after it is ON the wall. U have to do all of this w/ glaze IN u'r paint or the drying time will 2 fast.
Now doin the ones that would require color on color mayb same hue or slightly different, then u could paint circles Over the walls. I would only chose 1 or 2 walls so that way it's NOT over powering. U can paint 1 wall lime green w/ colors of black & pink circles, diamonds, stripes, on top of that wall then do the opposite wall or rt next to it in pink w/ lime gr & black then paint the other walls either strait lm gr or pink or 1 of ea. I would throw accents of black around the room.
Like tables... lamps.. pillows... pin up boards for posters... rugs... curtains... frames... chairs..desk..dresser.. do them in black. for the lamps.. make the shade a pink or lm green & bttm black. U can even paint u'r design from ur walls on the shades. U can make shades for u'r windows a solid color.. IF that is the wall WITH u'r design. IF not then paint u'r design on curtains made from solid sheets. same for a bed cover or pillows..
I don't know how creative u r.. can u sew, iron, glue..staple.. tie dye... draw... things like that.. then paint that on a sheet that would cover u'r curtains, bed, pillows, shades.. rugs.. cushions, chairs.. fabric covered board 4 posters..

do one wall with polka dots (have that be your main wall with your bed and stuff) and paint one wall lime green another black and the other one magenta
