you can get a sort of two stage dye for re-colouring your sofa, i had the exact same colour and dog problem and it sorted it right out......... just cant remember the name! All upholsterers sell it tho so if you get chance, pop in one and ask buddy! sorry i havent helped much!

I would recommend you seek the advice of a professional soft furnishings upholsterer. They should be able to advise you or fix the two marks for you.
Leather is really expensive and so I would seek a professional to reduce risk of making things worse.
Have a look on yell.com as they should have some listings and make sure they are fully qualified master of upholstery. My partner's sister bought a leather sofa from Barker and Stone House at half price as it had a tear in the arm and a leather upholsterer fixed it and you can't even tell there was ever a tear there.
