What color should I paint the exterior of our house if it has accent claystone coloring maroon,orange,cream?
Question:Our house is newly built and we are going to paint it. We use claystone as accent for some exterior part of the house and they are in orange,maroon,cream and khaki. What color should I use?

A cream toned white.
I think a really pretty Olive Green would look great.or a burnt orange but maybe a little muted. A medium kahaki color would look nice too. Maybe get a few testers and paint little spots on the back of your house and just go look at them over a weeks time. Once you find the color you will just know I am sure!
wish you had a picture to show. A cool light blue compliments the warm orange and maroon, but you can't go wrong with tame, neutral tones like tan or off-white.
Sounds similar to brick on our house, which we painted yellow, turned out to be a bright yellow. Don't copy us. We wanted a yellow, but more muted. That was a few years ago, and now it looks great.
