Perfume organizer?

Question:What to use to organize many perfume bottles (all sizes)?
It's a gift for Mother's Day. She has lots of bottles of perfume taking up most of her bathroom counter space. Looking for a nice tray or holder organizer to put them in. But nothing cheap looking like those plastic make-up organizers.

Look for a mirror with a rail around the top side, it will also have little skid proof knobs for feet, they can be found at most craft stores, sometimes at Walmart in the jewelery section.
