Inspirational wall?
Question:I was thinking of putting up an inspirational wall in my bedroom. Any thoughts or ideas of where to begin? Should I use a cork board or just the wall? What are some really great ideas as far as inspirational stuff goes? Thanks alot! I know with everyone's help it will turn out great! =)

I would make one of these memo boards , as big or small as you need it. I did one in my daughters nursery , it covers her entire closet door. I fill it with things I want to save for her but are just to precious to pack away like sonogram pictures , baby shower invites , 1st holiday cards , pictures of family. I also look at fleamarkets for vintage "baby" pictures , vintage christmas cards , pins with inspirational or meaningful quotes. Even newspaper clippings , the words...for example I have a big "love conquers all" cutout from an article , I embellished it with some gel pens and it looks adorable. They also sell thumbtacks in all different styles...search on amazon , I found adorable gardening ones , with bees , flowers and butterflies all done in an antique pewter finish. Anything that makes you happy and brings good thoughts will work. It will turn out very eclectic and hopefully make you smile everytime you look at it.

You could do a very large corkboard, or actually apply cork right to your wall. I prefer the large corkboard for easy removal.
You could start out by getting a stencil or wall words (which is a transfer) of your favorite inspirational quote. Put that up at the top and center the corkboard under it. Then add your inspirational stuff to the corkboard.
I usually find inspirational quotes that I like, but yours may be pictures as well.
