Well it really depends on the 13 year old girl. Like if her favorite color is blue then pick the blue one if she's girly then pick the 2nd one.
Go with the top choice. The white with the tiny little stripe will spend a lot of time int he washer because white gets dirty fast. the strip is pretty, but looks summery which you will hate in the winter. the top one is more of a solid color, and then you can add some details to the bed to make it look different at different times of the year. They are all beautiful choices.
