Has anyone had trouble wilth the bracket on window quilts that come from Vermont?

Question:Bought a house that has window quilts covering and the plastic bracket on the right side is broken from ageing.

Well stuff happens. Called wear and tear. Must expect some of that especially with an article that is handled over and over year after year. Stored and occasionally tromped upon. We just grin and bare it and buy some more and put them on knowing it will happen again. Plastic can do that. I'd replace it with metal as we did.
