What color accent chairs with Red couch?
Question:We just bought a new home. We have a red couch we want to keep for the family room. The walls are a soft yellow/gold color and the floors are a lighter stained hardwood. Any suggestions for colors of accent chairs? I really like yellow and red, but yellow chairs and yellow walls may be too much!

Brown and then you could get some throw pillows with all the colors of the room to tie it together.
i would go with a dark gold almost brown, but more on the gold side. sort of metalic
go with a pattern on the chairs it will add interest and texture and can bring in some more color to the to the family room..have fun with it.
I have a red sectional and a dark khaki-color chair and hardwood floors and I get compliments all the time. Black chairs may also make the red and yellow/gold "POP"
Brownish gold or a carmel color.
I have the same color pattern in my living room and we have a red sofa and dark brown leather chairs with a dark wood coffee table to pull it all together.

Black. Definitely black. Will look great with both the yellow and red
You could use a lite green chair with the red couch.
