what you need to do is get some ajax cream, a brillo pad and a blow torch. rub the ajax cream gently into the affected area, turn on the blow torch, use it to set fire to the brillo pad, then use the burning brillo pad to gently rub away the ajax cream. I guarantee the paint will be gone.
