In a million dollar home, should you have the toilets enclosed or open?

Ahhhh.a million dollar home is a subjective term. In my area, you can have a beautifully finished home with exotic hardwood flooring, heavy molding/trim, granite counters and a lot of floorspace (4000 to 6000 sq ft.) for a million dollars. Anyway, in some areas you get much less for that amount but all in all, for a million you should always have a very nice master bath and most master baths are quite large and will most always have a separate enclosed toilet "room" with a door. This allows the rest of the bath to be used by the other person in the master bedroom. They can shower or use the sink or anything else while the other person might be otherwise occupied in the toilet area. This is a privacy issue and is always a desired amenity in a master bath. The other bathrooms in the home will not typically be used by more than one person at a time, therefore it's not really necessary or useful to have the toilet in its separate "room" even though it's a nice touch. It's just that in most homes, even million dollar PLUS homes, only the master baths are the ones that are large enough to be able to accomodate this feature. They're large by design. Two people typically use a master bathroom :-) Hope this helps!!
The majority of million dollar homes I see, have the toilets enclosed. This makes it more private and more that 1 person can use the bathroom. But you can find this in homes under a million also.
In a million dollar home one can have the toilets any way they want. Not sure what you mean by enclosed or open. Everyone should have privacy no matter what their financial status.
It all depends, I would say open, so that you have room to breathe. what about a partition that separates it from the tub and sink etc.
Open to the general public. I travel a lot and am always looking for a john.
enclosed
Only in the master bath.
