How can i move armoires up over a second floor outdoor balcony?

Question:We have 2 very large armoires. We are renting a hoist to get them to the second floor balcony and we are removing the railings. We can't figuire out how to get them off the hoist once they are up there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you cant get them off the hoist, and havent rented one yet..don't get it..rent a lift bucket..set the furniture on the railing of the rent bucket..with a piece of plywood underneath it..then lift the bucket..then move it forward some where it is over the porch flooring ..and slide it right off..here is a link that shows you basically what your options are...Don't have to rent from this site..but these are common at all equipment rentals..and most have just half a day rental
