So you don't scratch them try baking soda on a scotch bright pad (thin all green type) very lightly damp. This is safe and the least expensive way to remove spray paint from porcelain and ceramic tile.
Try the "Magic Eraser" from Mr. Clean. It gets paint, marker, etc off most anything without damage to whatever it is cleaning. It usually costs about $2 at Walmart
you should try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, It will take up just about anything. (including paint)
Paint Thinner, and a razor Blade!
I think if you get a little bit of steel wool, but the very very very very finest that you can get, so that it won't scratch, and gently rub the tile in a circlular motion with soap and water. If the soap and water doesn't work, just use a little bit of mineral spirits. I did this on a hardwood floor and it didn't mess up the finish. I hope this helps.
Try paint thinner, but very gently and not a whole lot if you want to try fingernailp[olish that might work as well.
good old fashioned lacquer thinner will do the trick and not damage porcelain and ceramic tile. that and a soft rag and a little elbow grease.
lacquer thinner NOT PAINT THINNER!,or goof off, or heat gun.
