Painting question?
Question:what is the best way to apply textured paint to an interior wall
Answers:
With a roller !!
You can use a wide brush and sweep the paint on it different directions to give it even more texture. It looks really neat.
depends on white kind of texture the paint has .
I would make sure the wall is clean and stripped of any older paints, stickers, stuff like that, and use a roller .
patiently, with a heavy nap roller cover. 1and1/4 inch/
first of all there are different textures of paint. if its the consistancy like paint with almost little sand peebles in it? if its that then you would need a 3/4-1 1/4 nap roller. if it is a thicker paste-like paint then you couldnt use a roller. everyone thinks that the answer to this question would be a bigger nap roller. that is incorrect. you would need to use a bigger brush-wallpaper brushes work really well. if even had customers who put on gloves, apply it to the wall with their hands and then use a brush to give it texture and add a faux finish.
