You must be friends with the girls who posted seconds before you...ha ha..
I think the stripes would be good enough and then buy a comforter or some throw pillows that have polka dots on them.
Make the border wide horizantal stripes: 1 wide purple stripe (on bottom) and 1 wide green stripe (on top). I think the blue polka dots should match the blue stripe in your bottom half. The purple stripe should match the purple wall and the green stripe should match the green in the bottom wall. I am assuming the stripes on the bottom half are vertical stripes. You could even make the border three stripes: green, light blue and purple.
How large is your room? Unless you have a lot of space, that may be too much pattern. The stripes on the bottom with a border and then solid purple top half might be ok. I would try it on a small area first to see how you like it. You might try using the light blue polka dots on every other stripe of the blue or the green stripes on the bottom half of the room.
I love that idea...
I would put dark purple and lime green horizontal stripes on the lower half (you could make them different sized stripes, thick stripes and pin strips, etc.) and then a lighter purple and light blue polka dots. Don't use a border...they are out!!
I sounds like it will be alot of work and very bold.try it on one or two walls, it may be enough.
I would paint only one wall, one color. Too much of too many colors confuss the eye. So choose one color, I'd use the light blue, and paint your "main" wall that color. Then buy bedding with maybe purple in it. Then accent your room with lime green everywhere (curtains, pillows, etc.). This way you get all the colors in your room, but also don't have too much bright colors on your walls. Hope this helps :)
Whatever matches the tattoo on her lower back ( the same tattoo every teenage girl has) will do.
