all candles are romantic...you dont need to worry about looking for the best price...you can get them for 59 cents at wal mart, target, etc..
a dollar store. they usually have all sorts of candle holders and cheap candles. you can get tonnes of tea lights and put them everywhere like the do in the movies. heh, but make sure you don't burn your house down.

I find that many people sell old or partially burned candles at garage sales. You can usually get them very inexpensively there.
You should just buy a bag of those little tea lights. They are very inexpensive and since they are little you can put them everywhere. They come in all sorts of colors and you can do practically anything with them.
