Magnus anderson hardwood floor refinishing. does anyone know anything about this method?

Question:my hardwood floors are very dull and it's time to refinish them. any advice and comments would be appreciated.

I refinish floors for a living. you need to know if the floors are thick enough to sand or if they are laminate floors. it depends on if you want to try and get the shine back or if the floors have scratches and need refinishing. if the floors don't have scratches on them and you haven't used a wax or polish on them you can buff them very good and recoat. if the floors are thick enough and need sanding you need to find a good heavy duty floor sander. the ones that you have to lift up and down on handles are hard to use without making dips in floors.
