How can I remove dried on emulsion paint from vinyl flooring?
Question:Hubby decorated the kitchen yesterday, but I can't get the paint marks off our vinyl flooring, any tips gratefully accepted.

Hot soapy water and a old toothbrush works great.

warm soapy water should shift it, with a cloth, or very lightly scrub with a scourer (the ones with the sponge on the side)
it should come off as emulsion is water based. other wise try wd 40 spray on leave for a few seconds and wipe off
,got this from a professional decorator, methylated spirits does the job fine.
