How should I decorate this party...?

Question:It is for a club party at my high school and i am in charge of decor.

the clubs colors are blue, white, and yellow.

we have a decent amount of money to use, but not enough to be extravigant.

Use your colors to decorate the tables with plastic table coverings. The party stores are full of them. Then do streamers in the alternating colors all going to the center of the room and hang a bunch of blue, red and yellow balloons down from the center spot...the red is the fun...representing the marascino cherries on the ice cream sundaes. Then use blue and yellow cups, bowls, and napkins with bright red spoons...again, just for the fun and surprise of it.
