Sorry but Lowe's is not the place to find out how to build shutters. They sell them. If you want to purchase pre made shutters, that's the place to go. Actually I wouldn't . You wouldn't believe the mark up they get for those. It's absolutely shocking! Than ,the mark-up they put on... I'd better shut up. I've seen it done on tv..and recently.you buy them already made and install them by just screwing them down. You can even buy them over the internet with a credit card.
