I hate wallpaper!! Most of the homes I bought had lots of wallpaper. I found the easiest way to remove it was a star wheel to put lots of pin holes in the paper to make it porous. A solution of 1 gallon of warm water, 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of salt, & 3 drops of liquid dish detergent to aid in wetting the paper. Let it soak for 15 minutes and peel off. After the paper is off re-apply the soulution with a sponge and scrape off the glue with a plastic scraper.

gasoline and a blow torch
water plus heat equals steam.
1/2 Cup of dish detergent, 1/2 Cup of liquid fabric softener and a five gallon pail of warm water and I have also heard vinegar and water.
Fabric softener and water. Equal parts of each. Very inexpensive! (the cheapest softener works just as well) Put into spray bottle. Score the wallpaper and spray!
