Answers:
Anything is possible. You will not be happy with the results

God Bless

yes put newspapers down firt and lay viynal on top looks ok I did it in kitchen
not sure but wonder about the grout joints in the tile bleeding through.
the vinyl flooring will start to crack after awhile if you are going to do this put padding down first
nope
there is a product I think is called levelastic. It will make the floor level so the vinyl won't crack. Works great over all kinds of flooring.
Unless the ceramic tile is really ugly you are doing your home a dis-service. I suggest you go with another tile- they have done wonders with stained concrete. It will add value to your home and the price is comparable. Not to mention it will look a thousand times better.
yes, but dont do it. it would be best to remove the tile first put down new sub floor then your vinyl
it is possible,but not professional!
I wouldn't do it unless the surface is perfectly smooth, if there are grooves were the grout is and you lay it when you walk on it the vinyl will crack at the grout lines.
