Do it yourself. I did mine in 1/2 hour. Just buy the fabric you want...take the screws out of the bottom, cut the fabric (make bigger than area you covering so you can tack it), get the staple gun out and go for it.

This is something you can do buy yourself with little effort. By some material or some type of plastic and use a staple gun, take the seats off and staple the new material on, screw the seats back on.
Do they have padded backs and arms, or just the seats? We reupholstered my mom's chairs, just the seat, a few years back, Cost about 50 to do the set, that was with large foam pads and embrodered material, all you need other than that is tack nails and a hammer, maybe the wood base replaced. Good luck.
It all depends upon the cost of the fabric.

Buy a staple gun and go for it!
If your chairs are in good condition and you plan on doing it yourself then you can determine what the cost will be. I think the fabric will be the greastest cost.
