What's a good paint to use when stenciling a mural over this color?

blue wonder... were painting a mural on the bathroom wall but im not sure what kind of paint will give me good coverage over this blue.

any kind of latex wall paint will work-forget the stencil paints.
Black or white would probably stand out more. If you want it more subtle, I would pick the darkest version of the color you chose. Either way, I would do a test on a piece of oak tag or something you can paint with your wall color, before you committ and start the actual wall.
