We have seen these partial or "sawed off" curtain rods in model homes. where can we buy some.?

Question:in touring model homes in our area, we have seen that instead of having full curtains across a window, the designers have used very short curtain rods on each end of the window. I have not seen these in regular stores. Where could I purchase these?
