Target has different pillows that are supposed 2 do specific things and the pillow that is supposed to keep u cool is called cool max.
Try keeping your regular pillow in the freezer while you are not using it.
i put ziplock freezer bags filled with ice on the underside of my pillow then i double pillow case it with one going in one direction and the other going in the opposite direction so the bags dont fall out.keep the iced side on the bottom and it will cool you for most of the night
In my experience the only way is to make the room cooler.
There's probably a company somewhere out there selling refrigerated pillows (perhaps they put ice-packs in them?) but I don't think it makes any difference what filling you have in a pillow - apart from ice!
