Do you know of a website showing how to install kitchen cabinet handles (like 30 handles-lining them up, etc.)

Question:I have a total of 30 cabinet doors and drawers in my kitchen that need handles. I was told by a friend to make sure you line up all the handle positions first before drilling. I can think of just putting up two sets of string to do this; but thought there might be some instructions online somewhere that are more clever.

Answers:
Make a template from a piece of cardboard. Mark the drill holes on it, punch them with a hole-punch. Use it in the same place (align to the door edge) and mark the hole positions on each door. Write something obvious on the template (arrow facing hinge, a word like 'Up') so that you don't accidentally flip it over as you move around.

String would almost surely droop, and the left-to-right position of the handles is just as important.

I don't know about websites, but I did this once and it was a cinch with a template.
Just decide where you want it, drill, put it on a piece of cardboard and go down the line.
Do not waste your time. Home Depot or Lowes sell a cabinet hardware jig that will line up off every corner and make them perfect. It costs about $10 and worth every penny. I just used this when I installed my own cabinet 68 doors and 28 drawers and it turned out great. Hope this helps.
