Question:

Answers:
2 twin mattresses side by side are the same width as a king, but they have that nasty gap down the middle. Bed, Bath and Beyond has a filler piece that you can put in.

2 twin beds are equal to a king.
A queen bed is named so because of it's size, a king bed is larger . Two twins, may be the same size of a standard king but you should measure them and check it oug. Or go the the department store, and visit the sales lady that sells sheets, she know. Also tell her if the bed sits' higher or is it longer than standard. Like made for tall people.
Measure your twin beds. They have some extra long twins that are 80" long. California king is 72 wide x 84 long; standard king is 76 wide by 80 long.
it is equal to a king I know because that is what my son has 2 twin beds with the box springs on them and a king mattress over it it is perfect
When you purchase a king size set. The box springs will actually be 2 twins with a King mattress.
